Infinix Hot 9 and Hot 9 Pro to reveal on May 29 in India

Infinix Hot 9 Series Coming Soon, says the leading banner of the e-commerce website Flipkart. The new Hot 9 series of Infinix will launch in India on May 29 at 12:00pm. Flipkart will be sharing more details on the Infinix’s new smartphone series. And thus, the Hot 9 phones will be exclusive to the e-retailer Flipkart.

The new Hot 9 series will be the successor of Infinix Hot 8. The Hong Kong-based company Infinix hasn’t revealed much about the specs and features of its upcoming lineup. But did tease its consumers on the social media on May 20. And now, all we know is the launch date of the Hot 9 phones as Flipkart has revealed it -May 29.

Flipkart, too, didn’t talk anything more than the launch date of the new Infinix smartphones as of now. But the e-retailer is selling the Back Cover for Infinix Hot 9 phones. This gives us some information on the specifications of the phone. As in, the Hot 9 smartphone will feature a quad camera setup at the back. The rear panel will also have a fingerprint sensor in the middle.

As expected, the Hot 9 series phones will include two models: Infinix Hot 9, and Infinix Hot 9 Pro. The Hot 9 smartphone could be the same model that was introduced in Indonesia a month ago. Whereas the Hot 9 Pro model, as the name suggests, will be an upgraded version of the Infinix Hot 9.

So as for the Infinix Hot 9 phone that has already been unveiled in Indonesia, will feature 6.6 inches HD+ IPS LCD display. The phone could be powered by MediaTek Helio A25. And the phone cameras could be a 16-megapixel main camera, along with one depth sensor, one macro camera, and a low light sensor. For the front shooter, Infinix smartphone users could get an 8-megapixel selfie camera. The phone could boast a bigger 5,000mAh battery as well.

While the Pro model of the Infinix Hot 9 series will also come with four cameras at the back. But could feature a 48-megapixel main camera. We say so due to the teaser image used by Flipkart for selling the back cover of the smartphone, which reveals a “48-megapixel” branding on the camera module.
